I go to great lengths to source the very best products. My reputation depends on it. Sometimes, however as flowers are an organic product, on the very rare occasion this product may not meet your expectations.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your flower order, email or call me within 48 hours of receiving the flower delivery and I will be happy to supply you with a replacement of the same value.
Please note that I may firstly request a photo of the flowers and can only replace them if I am able to pick up the old flowers at the same time as I deliver the replacement.
In most cases, I will deliver your flowers still in bud form. This means you are getting the freshest stock with the most life ahead of them.
You can generally expect your flowers to last from 4 -7 days provided they are cared for correctly.
The main steps to help your flowers to last as long as possible:
Stems should be cut at an angle as soon as you receive the flowers.
Ensure the vase is clean and filled with fresh water. Add the flower sachet supplied in the envelope. If you have received a vase, then the sachet is already in the water.
Always keep an eye on the water levels and change the water every two days. If you received a vase, after two days, change the water and add the flower food sachet. It is now time to recut the stems at an angle.
Keep the flowers out of direct sunlight.
Keep the flowers away from drafts, heaters, air-conditioning and fruit bowls.
